Service agreement & cleaning limitations

Our workmanship commitment. We stand behind the quality of our standard cleaning service. If you have a concern, please contact us so we can review it and work with you toward a resolution. This commitment does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, embedded materials, or deposits beyond the capability of our standard cleaning agents and hot-water system.

Stubborn deposits and additional service. Hardened buildup, adhesives, paint, grease, or other difficult deposits may require a separate visit using additional cleaning agents or specialized equipment, including power tools where appropriate. This work is not included in your initial visit or membership price. We will contact you, explain the proposed work and additional charges, and obtain your approval before scheduling or performing it. Accepting this agreement does not authorize extra charges.

Bin condition and damage liability. Cleaning uses high-pressure hot water and cleaning agents, which may reveal or worsen existing cracks, weakened plastic, loose parts, worn coatings, or other deterioration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release High Country Bin Co. and its operators from liability for damage to your trash or recycling bins arising from cleaning, including damage caused by ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be waived.

Preparation, safety and communication. Bins must be empty and accessible after trash collection. Tell us about existing damage or fragile parts before service. Do not leave hazardous chemicals, sharps, or other unsafe materials in bins; we may stop or reschedule cleaning if conditions are unsafe. If we observe damage or deposits remaining after the initial visit, we will contact you to discuss the condition and agree on next steps. You confirm that you own the bins or are authorized to approve cleaning and accept these terms on the owner's behalf.

Frequently asked questions

How does the Founding 50 offer work?

Square charges the full monthly plan price when you join. For the first 50 eligible new member households, we issue a $35 partial refund to the original payment method within two business days after the first completed payment. Future months remain at the regular price. Additional bins are not discounted. One-Time Reset is excluded from this promotion.

How do I use the One-Time Reset offer?

Choose One-Time Reset, fill out your service details, and enter RESET10 in the coupon field at Square checkout. The $10 discount applies to the first bin only, bringing it from $40 to $30. A second bin remains at the standard $20 price. The code does not apply to memberships.

Do I need to be home?

No. Leave your emptied bins curbside after collection and make sure we can access them.

Do you clean recycling bins too?

Yes. Trash and recycling carts can both be added to your service.

What if there is still trash in my bin?

Bins must be empty for cleaning. If collection was missed, we’ll contact you about rescheduling.

What happens during freezing weather?

Safety comes first. We may reschedule when temperatures or roads make cleaning unsafe.
